LWI V WT Workstation

Vision WT Workstation

The work station WT is our most affordable model as a laser workstation with XYZ axes.

Its design with two motorised Z axes allows for ergonomic work and great comfort.
The Z axis positioned under the laser allows for an individual positioning of the laser in relation to the operator’s height.

 
The combination of the motorised Z axis and manual XY unit mounted onto the base allows for the precise positioning of the work piece in relation to the laser. Furthermore, the combination of the two Z axes allows to work from very high components. Naturally, the system can be expanded to other degrees of freedom with optionally available tilt and swivel optics or mechanical swivel and tilt platforms.

Specially developed turning units increase the user value of your workstation. They incorporate all functions of CAN-Step control, available at the touch of a button, including pulse synchronization and „Teach in“ programming. Additional features: • Swivel-mounted • Free implementation up to Ø40 mm • different chuck types, chucking range up to Ø 160 mm.

Comfort: adjustable laser head

For ergonomic and flexible work: the eyepoint of the microscope can be individually adjusted to the operator’s height thanks to the adjustable laser head. This allows for effortless work with a changing and healthy posture. There is also the possibility of expanding the working area under the laser head where necessary.
